HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A CLASS:

1.  Go to our Lesson Calendar and look for a class with available space. Each class has a maximum of 5 students. There will be a number on the class to indicate how many people have signed up for the class (i.e. 1/5).

2.  Click on the colored box for the class you’d like to sign up for, click “New Reservation,” and enter your information.

3.  Double-check the schedule to make sure your name appears in the list of students.

4.  If you want to sign up for a class that already has 5 students in it, you can sign up for the waitlist. If you are bumped into the class, you will receive an automated email.

5.  Please notify us by email or phone at least 48 hours before the class if you need to cancel or reschedule.


AGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10-13 year-olds can take the classes with a parent or guardian. The parent/guardian must also be signed up for and pay for the class, and must be able to assist the child if needed. 
  • 14-17 year-olds can take the classes by themselves with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.


CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a class will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before you reschedule.
  • To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us with your full name, contact info, and which class you are not going to be able to attend.

GROUPON/LIVINGSOCIAL/AMAZON:

1.  When you sign up for a class on the calendar, enter the barcode number/voucher code in the box labeled “RGS ID or BARCODE #”.

2.  Print your voucher and bring it with you to class.

 

EXPIRATION DATE:

-    You must sign up for and take your class within the expiration date of your voucher. If you would like to extend your voucher for 1 year past the expiration date, you can do so for $20.

-    The face value does not expire, and can be used towards an Introductory Class.
